Who this is for, and what a week looks like

FTH Social Hub was built for one kind of team: a small Arabic-speaking agency running Facebook and Instagram for a handful of clients, willing to be an early customer of a product that is still early. Every scenario below uses something the product is built to do — but the Facebook and Instagram parts wait on Meta approving the permissions they need, so read them as what you get once it does.

A week of posts, planned once

You write the week's posts for all of your clients in one place, set when each one goes out, and send the same post to more than one connected account.

What is behind it: Scheduling, publishing and the calendar.

The client signs off before anything goes out

You send the client a link. They open it, read the post and approve it — no account, no password.

What is behind it: Approval by link.

Facebook and Instagram messages in one place

Comments and messages from the Pages and Instagram accounts you manage arrive in one inbox, refreshed every 10 minutes. LinkedIn is not part of this: it has no inbox.

What is behind it: The inbox — Facebook and Instagram only.

The monthly report

You gather the month's figures for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn — refreshed every 6 hours — and send the client a report that leaves through your browser's print dialog, with no logo and no colours of your own.

What is behind it: Analytics and reports.

A new colleague, and a new client's accounts

A colleague joins with a role that decides what they can do, and you send them the invitation link yourself. A new client's Page is connected by an admin of that Page, on the platform's own screen, and reconnected when the connection runs out.

What is behind it: Invitations, roles, connecting accounts and connection health.

Keeping an eye on the competition

You follow the accounts your client competes with and see what they are publishing.

What is behind it: Competitors.

When it does not fit

If your client's main channel is LinkedIn, TikTok, X or YouTube, this is not your product today.
