Six things that separate it from the alternatives
Nothing is written to Google without approval.
Every change moves through one pipeline: drafted, submitted for approval, approved, queued, then published to Google. The approving user and the time are recorded. A change can also be rejected, or superseded by a later one. A reply to a review is no exception; it is a change request like any other.
Separation of duties by design.
FTH accounts cannot approve on the client’s behalf, and client accounts cannot write to Google. This is not a setting that can be relaxed. It is a boundary in the architecture.
Capabilities, not roles.
Twenty-three independent capabilities, granted and revoked one at a time. A missing capability means the control is absent, not greyed out.
Per-client isolation enforced by the database engine.
One hundred and eighty-eight forced row-level security policies, proven by automated tests that fail if isolation breaks.
Honest numbers.
Where there is not enough data, the platform shows no figure and no arrow. Where there is no activity, it says so rather than printing a zero. Every figure displayed traces back to the API call that produced it.

Where the data rests, and what does not leave
The platform and its database run within the European Union, and the encrypted backups are held on object storage within the European Union. Backups are encrypted before they leave the host. Traffic reaches the platform through Cloudflare’s edge network in the United States. No feature of the platform sends review content, or any other client data, to a model provider today, and AI is off by default.
