Account information — When you register, we collect your name, business email address, agency name, and a password (stored as a cryptographic hash, never in plaintext).
Social platform data (via OAuth) — When you connect a social media account, the relevant platform (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) grants us an access token and provides account information including the account ID, name, profile picture, follower count, and, where permitted by the platform, post insights and engagement data. We store this token securely to perform scheduling and analytics on your behalf. We do not receive or store social media passwords.
Content you create — Post drafts, captions, media files, and scheduling instructions you create within the Service.
Usage data — Log files including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of access, and actions performed within the platform. This data is used for security, debugging, and product improvement.
Billing data — Payment processing is handled by Moyasar. We receive a transaction confirmation and invoice reference but do not store card numbers or bank details on our servers.
Communications — If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to resolve your query.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.
We share data only in the following circumstances:
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after termination, to allow for reactivation and dispute resolution. After 90 days, all personal data is permanently deleted from our systems, unless we are required by law to retain it for longer.
Social platform access tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection of the relevant account.
Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (with no link to your identity) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.3), encryption of sensitive data at rest, strict access controls, and regular security audits. Access tokens for social platforms are stored in encrypted form and are accessible only by the system processes that require them.
No system is completely secure. If you have reason to believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
The Service is operated from servers located in the European Union and/or the Gulf region. If your data is transferred outside Saudi Arabia, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Saudi PDPL.

The Service is intended for use by businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
