FTH Maps

Terms of Use

Version 1.0, effective 2026-09-27

1. Parties and scope

1.1 These terms govern the use of the FTH Maps platform at maps.fth.marketing (the "Platform"), operated by Almustaqbal Alfadh for digital marketing Establishment, trading as FTH Digital Marketing, Commercial Registration No. 1009092617, Riyadh ("FTH").

1.2 The "Client" is the organisation subscribed to the Platform on a recurring subscription to one of the published plans. A "User" is any person who accesses the Platform through an account created by invitation from an authorised administrator of the Client. By using the Platform a User accepts these terms, and the Client remains responsible for its Users' compliance with them.

1.3 These terms are read together with the plan the Client chose and its published price, any separate written agreement between the Client and FTH where one exists, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Protection Specifications published at fth.marketing/en/data-protection in their current version, which form part of these terms. In case of conflict, the separate agreement and then the plan prevail on commercial matters, and the Data Protection Specifications prevail on data matters.

2. What the Platform provides

2.1 The Platform is a system for managing Google Business Profiles across a Client's branch network: monitoring and replying to reviews, tracking and comparing branch performance, managing profile data and producing reports, each within permissions defined per User.

2.2 Profile and review data reach the Platform exclusively through Google's official APIs under the Client's authorisation, by connecting the Client's own Google account to the Platform, or by any other connection method the Platform offers and presents to the Client at connection time. The authorisation is revocable at any time; on revocation the stored credentials are deleted immediately.

2.3 Nothing is published to Google without the Client's approval. Every change that leaves the Platform for Google, including review replies and profile edits, passes through an approval pipeline that records who approved it and when. FTH staff accounts cannot approve changes on the Client's behalf, and Client accounts cannot write to Google outside that pipeline.

2.4 The Platform depends on Google for the availability, accuracy and interfaces of the data. FTH does not control Google's decisions, including profile suspensions, interface changes or the withholding of reviews, and guarantees no outcome at Google.

2.5 The Platform is under continuous development. Features may be added or changed, and any change affecting an existing commitment is announced under section 12.

3. Accounts

3.1 An account is created by invitation from an authorised administrator of the Client, or by self-registration when FTH makes it available. An invitation can be accepted only from the address it names.

3.2 An account is personal and in its holder's name. Sharing credentials or using another person's account is prohibited, and the User and the Client are responsible for everything performed through the account.

3.3 A User must use a password of at least 12 characters that has not appeared in a known breach, enable two-factor authentication where the Client requires it, and notify the Client and FTH immediately on suspecting the account is compromised.

3.4 The Client, through its authorised administrator, grants and revokes permissions, invites Users and requests account deactivation. The Platform does not let a User delete their own account; deletion requests follow the Privacy Policy.

4. Client obligations

4.1 The Client confirms it holds authority over the Business Profiles it connects to the Platform or authorises FTH to access, and that its use of the Platform complies with Google's terms.

4.2 The Client is the controller of review authors' data and of its Users' data, and is responsible for the lawful basis of their processing under the Personal Data Protection Law. FTH is a processor on its behalf under the Data Protection Specifications.

4.3 The Client is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of all content it approves for publication to Google through the Platform.

5. Acceptable use

The Client and its Users must not:

• use the Platform to build profiles of individuals, to rate a named person negatively, or for any purpose contrary to the Personal Data Protection Law;

• publish unlawful, misleading or abusive content through the Platform;

• attempt to access another client's data or any part of the Platform not authorised for the User;

• scan, penetration-test or disrupt the Platform without FTH's written permission;

• reverse-engineer, copy, resell or provide the Platform to third parties beyond the scope of its subscription;

• use the API or its keys contrary to its documentation or the set limits.

6. Subscription and renewal

6.1 The subscription is recurring, monthly or yearly, on the plan and price published at the time of subscribing, and is paid in advance for each period. Published prices include value added tax. A yearly subscription runs for thirteen months for the price of twelve.

6.2 The subscription renews automatically for a like period unless the Client cancels before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the Platform remains available until then.

6.3 The Platform sends the workspace administrator a reminder three days before the period ends and another one day before.

6.4 FTH issues an invoice for each period, paid through a secure payment link from the payment provider, and the Client is reminded by email of any amount overdue. Where a payment method is stored with the Platform, the Platform makes three spaced charge attempts within 48 hours of the renewal date, and the Client is informed of each attempt that does not succeed.

6.5 If the period ends unpaid, the workspace moves to the free plan within its limits where one is available to the Client. Where none is available, the workspace is closed, its users are shown a subscription-expired notice, and access is not available until the Client renews. The workspace data is kept for the retention period set in the Data Protection Specifications, 90 days from expiry, during which the Client recovers everything in full by renewing and may request an export.

6.6 The Client may change its plan from within the Platform or by contacting FTH; the change takes effect as presented when it is made.

6.7 A plan may include a free trial of the length stated on the plan at the time of subscribing, and may be cancelled at any time during it at no charge.

6.8 Fees paid for a current period, monthly or yearly, are not refunded on cancellation, and the Platform remains available until the end of the paid period. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets this out in detail.

7. Intellectual property and data

7.1 The Platform, its software, design and marks belong to FTH or its licensors. A subscription grants the Client only the right to use the Platform under these terms for the duration of its subscription.

7.2 The Client's data and content, and what is imported from its Google profiles, belong to the Client. The Client grants FTH a licence to use that data only to the extent needed to provide the service and under the Data Protection Specifications. Client data is not used to train any model.

7.3 Improvements suggested by the Client may be used by FTH without obligation.

8. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information obtained under these terms confidential, uses it only to perform them, and remains bound after they end.

9. Suspension

9.1 FTH may suspend a Client's workspace on a material breach of these terms or where a security risk requires it, notifying the Client of the reason without delay. Expiry of the subscription without renewal is not a suspension; section 6.5 governs it.

9.2 During suspension the Client's Users can still sign in to view and export their data; no new changes are executed. Suspension is lifted when its cause ends.

10. Termination and data export

10.1 These terms end when the subscription expires without renewal, is cancelled under section 6.2, or the separate agreement, where one exists, is terminated under its own provisions.

10.2 After the end the Client may request an export of its data within 90 days of expiry, and workspace and account data are deleted under the retention periods in the Data Protection Specifications, including deletion of account data within 90 days of the end and permanent removal of workspace content after the recovery window.

11. Liability

11.1 FTH provides the Platform with ordinary professional care, does not warrant that it is free of interruption or error, and makes reasonable efforts to keep it available and to announce maintenance in advance.

11.2 FTH is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost customers or reputational harm, nor for any damage arising from Google's decisions or service interruptions or from content the Client approved.

11.3 FTH's total liability to the Client for any claim arising from these terms does not exceed the fees the Client paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.4 Nothing above limits what the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud or wilful breach.

12. Changes to these terms

Every version of these terms is published with a version number and effective date at fth.marketing. The Client is notified at least 30 days before any change that reduces an existing right of the Client takes effect, and may end its subscription before that date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new version.

13. General

13.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13.2 These terms are issued in Arabic and English; the Arabic text prevails in case of any discrepancy.

13.3 If a provision is invalid the others remain in force. FTH's tolerance in one instance is not a waiver of its right to rely on the provision later.

13.4 The Client may not assign its rights under these terms without FTH's written consent.
