Deleting your data in FTH Social Hub

Last updated: 2026-08-29

To have your data deleted from FTH Social Hub, write to us at privacy@fth.marketing. There is no control inside the product that does it, and the request is carried out by hand.

What you can delete yourself

Inside the product you can delete scheduled posts, categories, uploaded files, competitors you follow, invitations you sent and assistant conversations, and you can disconnect a social account. Those take effect at once and need no request. This page is about the two things you cannot do yourself: deleting an account, and deleting data about members of the audience.

How to ask

Send a message to privacy@fth.marketing asking for your data to be deleted.

Include the email address on the account, or — if you have no account — the page you wrote to and the name you appeared under, so that we can find your data.

There is no button and no automated process. A person reads the request and carries it out directly against the database.

We do not commit to a time for completing the request, because nothing in the system enforces one, and putting a figure here would be a promise with nothing behind it. We confirm to you once it is done.

If you have no account with us

Your data may be here even though you never signed up with us: if you commented on a page one of our customers manages, or messaged it, your display name and the text of your message may be stored in the system.

You can ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@fth.marketing. You do not need an account, and we will not ask you to create one.

Things worth knowing before you ask

  • A subscription ending does nothing to the data. No expiry, no lockout, no purge — it stays as it is until you ask for it to be deleted.
  • Deactivating an account is not deletion. It blocks sign-in in about five seconds, is fully reversible, and removes nothing.
  • Deletion is final. There is no recycle bin and no undo once it has been carried out.

Deactivation is not deletion

Deactivating an account blocks sign-in quickly and can be undone, which is useful if you want to stop using it for a while.

But it does not delete your data, and we do not offer it as a substitute for deletion. If deletion is what you want, ask for deletion.

What the request cannot reach

Anything published to a social platform stays with that platform. Deleting your data here does not remove a post from Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn — that has to be asked of the platform itself.

A copy remains in the encrypted backups until they are replaced. We keep fourteen daily and six monthly snapshots, so a deletion can take up to about six months to reach every copy. Backups are used only to restore the system after a failure.
