What FTH Social Hub does today

One entry for each thing the product does today. If something is not on this page, it is not in the product.

Scheduling and publishing

Write a post, choose when it goes out, and publish it to more than one connected account at once.

Calendar

A calendar view of what is scheduled.

Client approval

Send the client a link. They open it and approve the post, with no account and no password.

Inbox — Facebook and Instagram

Comments and direct messages from the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you have connected, in one place, refreshed every 10 minutes. LinkedIn has no inbox, and neither do TikTok, X or YouTube. It returns nothing today: Meta has not approved the permissions it needs.

Analytics

Figures for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn — reach, impressions and engagement — refreshed every 6 hours, and from them the product works out the times your audience is most active. There are no figures for TikTok, X or YouTube. The Facebook and Instagram figures wait on Meta approving the permissions they need; the LinkedIn ones do not.

AI studio

Drafts post copy from a topic you type, from the address of a page on the web, or from your notes about the brand, with tone presets written for the Gulf. AI has to be configured for each workspace before it will produce anything, and until then it refuses the request.

AI assistant

Ask it about your own accounts — the figures, your best posts, the connected accounts, the competitors you follow — and it answers in the conversation. Like the studio, it needs AI configured for the workspace, and refuses until it is.

Media library

The images and video you attach to posts are kept in the product, and you can delete a file when you no longer want it there.

Reports

A report is put together in the product and leaves through your browser's print dialog. There is no file-generating pipeline behind it: no logo and no colours of your own.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are handled inside the product, on a hosted payment page. Nothing is bought on this website, and no price is published here yet.

Connecting accounts

You connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram account through it, or a LinkedIn page. You have to be an admin of the page, you give permission on the platform's own screen, and no secret key ever passes through your hands. Connecting a Facebook Page or an Instagram account succeeds today and then returns nothing, because Meta has not approved the permissions — the screen does not warn you, so we do here.

Connection health

A connection is not permanent: a Facebook or LinkedIn one lasts around 60 days, a TikTok one 24 hours. The product tracks the state of each connection, and when one runs out you reconnect it on the platform's screen.

Invitations and roles

Everyone on your team has a role that decides what they can do. An invitation is a link you copy and send yourself — the product sends no email at all.

Competitors

Follow the accounts you compete with and see what they publish.
